Partnerships for Forests (P4F) evaluation of mobilized private investment

Partnerships for Forests (P4Fs) is a programme funded by the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) aiming to catalyse investments into sustainable forest management via grant finance and technical assistance.

The Solution 

Terranomics led a review of private finance mobilised by the programme and provided a set of recommendations for how the programme could improve its approach to engaging with and measuring private finance. This also included a landscape review of potential domestic financiers for P4F-supported projects in a selection of target countries, alongside a framework for further identifying and engaging with these financiers across the P4F country portfolio.
