Charlie Endsor

Charlie is an experienced conservation and finance professional with over six years experience in financial services, and eight years in the environmental sector.
Prior to joining Terranomics, Charlie worked at the Green Finance Institute where he led their Financing Natural Flood Management (NFM) project, collaborating with a cross-sector group of stakeholders to provide recommendations to Defra to scale private sector finance into NFM. He also supported a number of other projects including the Financing a Farming Transition report and the Natural Capital Investment Alliance’s ‘Investing in Nature’ report.
At the Westcountry Rivers Trust, Charlie was responsible for managing Upstream Thinking, a multi-catchment project working with landowners and farmers to implement nature-based solutions to improve river water quality in the region.
Charlie previously worked for Standard Chartered in the UAE, London and East Africa, most recently as Head of Asset and Liability Management for Standard Chartered Tanzania.
Charlie is a biologist by training, holds an MSc in International Management, and successfully passed the Chartered Financial Analyst Program Level 1 exam.
